They helped me arrange mortgage and I was very happy with the responses and service. So also decided to arrange life insurance and critical illness, this is were things went wrong. After a initial meeting providing all the details and provisional quotes. After this they simply stop responding to any communication after many attempts in had to start the process with another company. I found this very unprofessional and simply rude. Given this I would not recommend.
Dan worked his magic and sorted the mortgage on my first home, he was understanding and kept you in the loop at all times. I'll definitely be staying in touch
