I'm really happy with the mortgage offer I got with the help of Daniel Lewis and his team, so I ended up asking their help with the remortgage as well. They helped me arrange mortgage and I was very happy with the responses and service. So also decided to arrange life insurance and critical illness, this is were things went wrong. After a initial meeting providing all the details and provisional quotes. After this they simply stop responding to any communication after many attempts in had to start the process with another company. I found this very unprofessional and simply rude. Given this I would not recommend.
