The gentleman that picked up and retured our drapes was fabulous, thus review is not reflective of his work. However, we are VERY unhappy with the results of our drapery cleaning. In fact it is hard to tell if they were actually cleaned vs pressed. Our pleats are off, so the drapes do not open correctly. We paid a hefty price and will have to have the drapes cleaned again wirh another cleaners. You would think someone from the office would check on our satisfaction...BIG NOPE!!! NOT A PEEP! I worked at McHenry Street from blinds nearly 20 years we sell clean and repair blinds. And dry cleaning
Horrible service. Debbie or whatever at the front desk loves saying “shh” to me. I am a customer and that is absolutely horrible service. Do not recommend EVER calling these people and I will totally take my business elsewhere and you should to. They need to get a new receptionist immediately!!
