7/14/26 update: i had an opportunity and pleasure to work with Jean McKenry this morning. Once aware of my concerns, Jean "fairly" worked with me to ensure overall client satisfaction. Orginal post: The gentleman that picked up and retured our drapes was fabulous, thus review is not reflective of his work. However, we are VERY unhappy with the results of our drapery cleaning.
