I had a very bad experience with rude owner and his son who yelled at my friend and myself because they couldn't follow a patterned bayliner floor carpet that I had supplied to them from my old one as a template,to the new one that I had selected out. For them to cut out and do a edge stiching which was very average.( the new carpet is not of the same pattern as the old existing one and still doesn't fit after we took it home the first time.
