TNT Lost over $4,000.00 worth of goods that had address labels on 3 faces of the parcel and made no effort to locate the goods and still charged me the freight

TNT create the issue, have to be dragged along to try and fix it, fail to and then get this company to send out threatening letters that take 8 days to reach you with a comment that fail to pay within 7 days will result in drastic action. One less client now that TNT has to deal with as of today.

wow talk about bottom feeders. Sends out harassing letters on behalf of TNT without knowing the cirumstances and the only contact number on the letter is an overseas call centre. Never return calls. Absolute amatuers. if i ever get through am going to educate them on how to behave in business. Actually i might sue them.

Number one Cheating company TNT. They charge the money without any basic ethics. Worst customer service ever in Australia. The accountants do the steeling jobs. The money they charging after two month once the item deliver without any notification you receive the debit notification. This people on the back send the letter without know the truth and without any contact details. If possible have zero I can click it.

This is a joke, who sends letters with no contact details and making claims for invoices not even due and for amounts they cannot even reconcile themselves. Come on TNT sort yourselves out before sending these sorts of letters from yourselves.
