The Summit West team did their work professionally and correctly however as been said in other reviews they did not disclose their hourly rate up front (I acknowledge my mistake in neglecting to directly ask as well assuming it would be similar to what I had researched online). Cost for a simple tax return was three times what I had expected based on my previous research. The team at summit West was very professional. If you have a business that can afford to spend three to $4,000 on your returns I definitely recommend the team at summit West. Their team seems to be very knowledgeable and got everything completed on time. The only reason that I am leaving a review toward the negative side was that I was completely blindsided by their hourly rates and fees. I want locals and veterans like myself to be aware this company looks at 3- 4,000 returns and 300+/hr rates as completely normal. I do not... read more
