Awesome Store very helpful and friendly staff, and they have everything.
If you don't have any customers how can you remain open? Think about it! Total attitude for returns. You are not the Carhartt police ladies.
I've been coming to this store since I was a child. Over 10 years of loyalty to this store. I went in the other day to purchase a pair of pants, which ended up not fitting, when I went to return them, they told me they will not take anything missing a tag. Who the hell keeps the tags on clothes when they wear them for work.

The people in Mackay's, including the South Buffalo community, were so gracious to us as Broncos fans, right up and until Josh Allen kicked our butts in the playoffs. If you haven't properly geared up for a cold football game, stop into Mackay's on your way down Abbott Road. Great neighborhood!
