McKay's Front Porch is a store that focuses on patio furniture in all of its fancier forms. Buying something here is more of an investment than many other stores, so you're going to want to take your time. First, start visually, but I suggest to try sitting in at least a few of the chairs. The store layout feels like it is designed for things to be sampled, tried out, and chosen carefully.
We bought a five piece porch set from Joe. We could not be happier.
We bought a 9-foot Galtech Sunbrella umbrella which cost $415 which was part of a nearly $5000 purchase at McKay's Front Porch and worked with Keith who is one of the owners. He is a very nice guy and spent a lot of time with us and was great through the purchase process. About two months later the umbrellas pole bent in a light breeze. I brought back and got a lot of attitude from one of the salesman when I complained about the bend in the pole.
