Incredible nursing staff and aides, and a wonderful doctor made our experience in the newborn unit a memorable one. Even housekeeping was wonderful. Thank you for everything.
Bureaucracy and run around that would rival any governmental agency. Main focus is on policies and procedures, not patients.
Worst out of state experience of my life: On Jan. 2 2016 I came into the emergency room entrance concerned about a possible heart attack. I am a cardiac patient and I had already been in contact with my cardiologist here is Louisville; I am including a letter that he has written to help me resolve this matter. Intermountain coded the admission as a complaint of stomach pain and weakness even though they have sent me copies of 2 differing admission forms.
