Krista was terrifically helpful and knowledgeable on the phone today. She traipsed up the stairs to ensure the mattress was in stock and processed the purchase swiftly. The delivery was arranged with no problems and the entire encounter was so friendly.
Fantastic experience purchasing couch/love seat set. Very competitively priced. Delivery and setup was extremely smooth. Friendly and professional. Also helped move older loveseat to basement. Very, very pleased with entire purchasing experience. Customer service very good, confident any future issues would be handled well. Highly recommend, 5/5!!
