Really really bad, unprofessional staff! Don’t have qualified solicitors. I was treated badly came in for initial meeting and was handed to a colleague of Michelle the “Owner” and was strung along for months with any real advice on how to continue my case for child contact even though it’s a time sensitive matter! I just call this MCIntosh &McCann familj sollicitor when recommended by another firm ,buy they refused to help me just because my case is from Moses& Kelly sollicitor.,I even ask them to start from scratch but they refused even to lissn my case or help me get Contact with my kids ,I have never been in court ,its not an ongoing case but they refused without even looking at it which i am still wondering why so much stars for this firm when they cannot not help parents when kids are involved.they should at least lisnn to me bef... read more
