Have been using Mr Fergus McIntosh for many many years for the buying and selling property and have found this solicitors practice very efficient.

Avoid at all costs. Gives false information for his own personal financial gain. Told me i could not sort out my late fathers estate and McIntosh had to do it. ( My father had a will made ). Only later did i find out off my fathers bank that i could of very easily sorted my fathers affairs myself at no costs. Fergal McIntosh duped me into using his services under false hood and lies and has taken payment out of my late fathers funeral insurance to pay himself. AVOID AVOID AVOID... One of the most unprofessional solicitors I have ever known, doesn't reply to emails or phone calls and doesn't provide updates in respect of probate, happily holding onto inheritances most likely without any inclination to ever pay anything out. An absolute disgrace to a grieving family
