I called asking for some very basic and general information and the lawyer I spoke with was very unprofessional and incredibly rude. She got short with me when I started asking questions. I was simply bringing up key details that other lawyers mentioned and was shut down. I don’t recommend even calling them with basic inquiries.
So very unprofessional. My aunt passed suddenly. Never heard anything for over a month. Was told she, Melanie, would only communicate through email. Refuses to explain how certain questionable transactions took place
