BEWARE THE ATM WILL NOT DISPENSE MONEY BUT IT WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT! THEY WILL NOT HELP IN ANYWAY! I took out money and the machine never dispense the money but it took it out of my account and never reversed the charges. BEWARE!!
