Now McHenry Savings Bank has sent me a threatening or intimidating letters how they are going to report the bad check loss to the IRS as profit to me. I never heard anything from them in a couple of years now I file a report with BBB and they start sending me intimidating letters. I have the police report number and all the other paperwork related to this incident to prove it was not profitable to me. McHenry Savings Bank is truly an evil organization.
McHenry Savings Bank only does what is best for business so the **********s can make more money. They are in the banking business and should be looking out for their customers, protect them. I was a victim of check fraud and I deposited a fraudulent check that bounced but McHenry Savings made the funds available to me within 12hours and the scammer had me wire him the money, so it was gone, I never kept it. Such friendly people ...a community bank but still has a lot of technology and features.
Was looking to open a buisness account. The Richmond branch provided a wonderful opportunity for us. Monica exceeded our expectations, and went out of her way to get us set up and accommodated. I would highly recommend this bank, even if it's not in your hometown.
By far the most personal and professional banking you could ever experience. Banks such as these simply are long gone. Kudos to Jim and Kathleen M. for stepping up, being there, and hitting it out of the park! This unique personal while professional banking climate is fantastic, really I'd say, just go in and pay them a visit, then you'll begin to understand what you've been missing.
