Valley Hi is a leader in the senior living community. Their new memory care unit is going to be exceptional. Stem Health Plus is very appreciative of the partnership that we have with them. They are a pillar of leadership in McHenry County.
I don’t take this lightly - from your first step in your greatest with kindness and friendliness by james and other supporting staff when you enter to Jin and the remaining one on one staff of care for short term - it has been nothing but incredible in how they care and treat with empathy and love. The rooms are spacious but items are not luxurious. For short term clients that stay longer then 2 weeks - facilities needs to provide seated recliner for patient comfort. They only have wheel chair once out of bed.
