Great help,I miss everyone who took care of me plus the crew in rehab,the cna nursing staff were wonderful rose,gumato,clair,celia,selina,therapy, Laura and crew, I miss them all dearly,I will never forget them ❤️.
I have to say WE as a family are HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the care and attention the staff at Valley Hi has shown our Mother. After suffering a stroke, she is incapaciated and is currently in Memory Care. As many know Medicare only pays for her stay for so long, and we are faced with self pay or some help with medicaid - she was supposed to be released yesterday. With the clock ticking we scrambled to find a facility that was CLEAN and offered LTR and took Medicaid - very hard to find - waiting lists everywhere! She had nowhere... read more
My mom was a long-term resident at Valley Hi, and I cannot say enough positive things about the care she received. The staff is truly top-notch. Every caregiver, nurse, and team member treated my mom with kindness, dignity, and respect. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. My mother was admitted to Valley Hi Nursing and Rehab facility after a fall at home in which she sustained a fractured hip. It was the hope with rehab she would be able to eventually return home.
