Dylan McGunity Jr. should be ashamed at the way he handles his practice and clients. It's been years we have been trying to settle the estate and had to seek another law firm to collect funds from them and now going to court.
McGuinty Law was professional, kind, responsive and wonderful to communicate with throughout the process of buying our home. All of the paperwork was organized and presented to us in a timely manner. We bought our home in Orillia, Ontario and everything was done remotely and the process was smooth. Highly recommend!
My friend passed away in October 2016. As of June 2024, there is still no proof that this law firm is doing anything to pay out the beneficiaries. Mr. Merizzi is the lawyer, and he has pawned my off to Leo Dwyer (Estate Clerk) who only talks a big game. They have sent out ZERO proof that they are not stealing the money from the estate. I keep calling and emailing and now Leo Dwyer is pissed off at me for wanting an accounting of the funds and I still have no clue as to why they have not paid out.
