I have delt with this particular office and was very pleased at how polite they are. We owed money to a credit union and though that credit union was very nasty and rude and didnt care what our circumsances were. The professionals at this office were very sympathetic to our situation and did everything they could to work with us and arrange payments to pay off the creditor whom sent us into collections in the first place.
