I wanted to hire them and I was told to drop off my paperwork, which I did. They were very busy and shooed me out the door without getting my contact information(I admit I should have asked about this). But I assumed they already had that info because my father was a client and they had met with me after my father's death. I assumed incorrectly and nearly missed tax day because of the mistake. They also refused to help me with my extension(on tax day) because they were too busy. Not very professional.
This was our first time using MHCS and we had a great experience. We are real estate agents and CPA Nate Beck figured out how to maximize our return. We are self-employed and ended owing much less than what we thought thanks to Nate. His pricing to complete our returns was low compared to the amount of work he completed for us. Thank you again Nate, you earned a new client!
I would not want to trust my business to anyone else! Wonderful people and high level of professionalism and expertise = peace of mind.
