What a great team! Very friendly and easy to work with. We were able to close on our house in less than a month.
I dont know if i would recommend Mcgowan and heres why: 1. Seemed like high mortgage fees in comparison to my previous mortgage closing (Chase bank). 2. No communication on a rate buydown or mortgage fees until we were days away from closing and had no option but to proceed. 3. I did an application with someone over the phone and the next day a lady called me to ask all of the same info as if I had never talked to them. 4. McGowan Mortgages were easy to work with and closed quickly. I completed a refinance on a rental property with them and then closed on another property with them both in the same month. My realtor was also impressed with them and thought they were easy to work with. I plan on using them again to refinance down my second rental property. I highly recommend them.
