I had put off writing this review, but ultimately felt it was important to share our experience in the hope that it helps other homebuyers make an informed decision. Derek handled our initial call, but after that we were passed between multiple people, with poor communication and little coordination. We repeatedly had to provide the same information to different people, making the loan process unnecessarily chaotic and stressful.
