Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned homebuyer these folks work so hard for you. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional in every step of the process. I had little to no experience with every aspect of the process and they never let that get in the way. They worked hard every day and were always accessible. Can’t say enough good things about this company!!!!!
Derek and McGowan Mortgages provided a great rate and generally were easy to work with. At times we struggled with responsiveness. They had quite a number of different loan officers/staff working on our loan. While this helped with responsiveness some, it felt like too many cooks in the kitchen, and it wasn't always clear who we should be contacting. We didn't receive our final loan document until late the evening before our morning close. This led to some stress for us, our title company, and our realtor.
