This has been the worst experience. Both the lawyer assigned to me as well as the assistant. Amanda out of Houston are blatant unrepentant liars. I’ve called them several times to address issues after my accident only to be lied to. “I’m so sorry you had to deal with this, let me reach out to ______ and get back to you.” Please shop around and ensure you have established good communication prior to retaining because so far, they suck!
