I needed help getting through Probate. The first lawyer’s office I went to said I could be charged up to $10,000 and they would take 5% of my assets! I contacted a friend who recommended Stephen McGinnis. He did not charge me anywhere near $10,000 and he wasn’t going to take 5% of my assets. Any time I had questions, all I had to do was text him and I’d either get a response from him and/or his assistant. If I have any more legal issues, I will definitely go back to Stephen McGinnis.
I first contacted Mr. McGinnis requesting advice on a family court matter. He responded the same day and provided detailed legal advice. Ultimately, the matter didn’t require legal intervention but Mr. McGinnis’s advice and professional opinion gave me multiple options of how the situation could be legally handled. Most recently, I contacted Mr. McGinnis to draft legal documents to allow my wife and I authorization to seek medical care for our grandchildren in case of an emergency.
