Dealt with them for a few years now great service friendly staff
Made an appointment a week out to get a trailer hitch installed. Showed up and they had not ordered it and were quite rude about being busy and having to wait another week, I will not go back to this shop.
My car needed an out of province safety for insurance, and I'm so happy with the service I got from here. The lady at the front desk was in touch with me all day and made sure everything went smoothly. Such a welcoming person. Can't speak to the mechanical work as I didn't need anything done, but I would come back in the future!
I’m kind of shocked at the bad reviews, and just want to point out that almost all of them are in regard to the U-Haul side of this business and not actually the mechanics. I have been coming here for my automotive repairs for more than ten years since moving to Cranbrook and have had nothing but top tier service. The ladies at the front are always so kind and friendly and Doug is an absolute gem of a human being. He is honest and works with integrity.
