We used McGhee’s Tax Service to file taxes for our LLC earlier this year, under the clear understanding that they would file an extension back in March 2025. From the beginning, communication was terrible. The clerk who answered the phone had no idea what was going on and seemed completely clueless every time we called. After weeks of trying to get updates, we showed up in person and found the office closed without explanation. I'm never going to him again. He takes way too long to do the taxes. I'm still waiting on him to do mine. I have been waiting for almost 4 months now.
