We have been pleased with the ease of getting an appointment, dropping off and confirming the years changes, the quick return of the completed paperwork and the e-file feature. Once I had possession of all the forms needed to file my taxes, I sent those I could using email attachment and then called for an appointment. When I got to the appointment, Donna had all the filings posted, only asking if anything else had been received. I was in and out quickly and efficiently and plan on using her again next year.
Donna McGee has been doing my taxes for about 4 years. She is very professional, explains everything so I understand it. I can't imagine having anyone else do my taxes.
The experience was nice, the lady was very nice and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed the way everything was taken care of for us
