Fantastic customer service. Brilliant to be able to leave a bike in for repair, and have the guys be as friendly and personable as can be. Would absolutely use them again.
Called in with James this afternoon and got my son a new bicycle, excellent customer service from a genuinely lovely man who says it as it is and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Not many of those around anymore!! Tantamount as to why McGarvey Cycles are still going strong after all these years.
We use online shopping so much that we forget what gems can be found in local shops. The service at McGarveys was impeccable, the owner is a very kind gentleman, going above and beyond to help and make sure customer leave the shop happy. I certainly was, and won’t go anywhere else for bikes purchasing and repair. There was a very good selection of new and second hand bikes, so we were able to find what we needed and sorted the whole family! Highly recommended
