Brock and Trish are great. They are a breath of fresh air from my old accountant! They were able to save me thousands of dollars on my accounting/bookkeeping annual fee’s, and do a much better job. IF you’re thinking about switching from your current accountant, don’t hesitate! You will not regret it! 6 stars!
Over many years I have used mcfillin and usually good. I did have a problem years ago but managing partner fixed it. Have One again being asked 3 times for same info and other and being charged for this. Was told I needed to supply all. Receipts especially stationery and vehicles and other capital. Never been not trusted ever before. As others say they're calling me a liar. Not sure why. As I have always given correct details. I asked for the managing partner to call but never heard anything. I have been using the company for close to 30 years, starting when they were in Paddington. This year I lodged on 25th October and only received my assessment to sign on the 21st December, the same day they closed for the Christmas break. They do not open again until 9th January. Two and a half months to prepare a basic assessment. Multiple calls and a visit did not speed things up. They charge a lot for very poor service. This is the last time I will deal with them.
