Simply put, this woman is amazing. Super easy to work with and explains everything to a novice by myself as a business owner. There were many options but I'm very happy I went with Kathy.
As of today I decided to leave Kathy's services two weeks before the deadline for taxes. Yes, the services were that bad. Never in my life have I been spoken to as unprofessionally and rudely as she addressed me via email. I found communication to be extremely poor and condescending, and her work ethic questionable.
