I am a mortgage advisor and had a closing where Jeanie from McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan were in charge of the title work and handling the closing. I cannot say enough good things about Jeanie and her work ethic. This particular deal had property/inspection/appraisal related delays causing the closing to be pushed out 4 days. On the lending side we were rushing it through underwriting/funding to get it clear to close the day before closing with the final inspection. Chuck has done a wide variety of litigation for us and we are always pleased with his knowledge and experience guiding each step of the way (e.g. his experience as a mediator proved invaluable for us). His daughter Christie, although she stands at under 5 feet tall, packs the legal knowledge of a Shaquille O'Neal. They also have a program (mgap?) that heavily discounts hourly rates and you never have to worry about exuberant retainer fees again when you just need a brief consultation.
