staff and residence are amazing people and so fun to be with

The staff and activities have been great. The building has air conditioned hallways which is a plus. All the residents are very welcoming and soo happy. Overall I would say a great experience.
I have participated in several events at McDowell Village- from regular music performances (I'm the flute player in Meadowlark) to a recent 'Christmas in July' even where I offered my Children's Books. I've always found the residents to be contented and of good nature, which speaks volumes for the caregivers and management staff at McDowell Village. I look forward to returning soon for more interaction with this friendly group!
McDowell Village is a very compassionate and vibrant community! I visit once a month and the feeling of being connected is present. The staff is always helpful, professional, friendly, and welcoming, which gives a positive feeling from the moment you walk into the community. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and inviting. What really makes a difference is how engaging the community is, the staff does amazing work with hosting events and creating an uplifting environment for everyone.
