The staff go above and beyond every single day, providing compassionate care, attention, and genuine love for each resident. Their dedication ensures that every individual feels valued, safe, and supported.
My mother is a resident at MV. Recently, their restaurant, Four Peaks, hosted my mother's birthday dinner. We had several family members in attendance and the restaurant staff was incredible. Balloons, champagne, and multiple dinner menu options with appetizers. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding and when bringing out dessert, the entire staff came out and sang happy birthday. My mother loved it. Very memorable. Thank you McDowell Village!!
I just came to deliver something, but was impressed with the facility and with Mya at the front desk. She knew and followed the policies of the place and she was friendly and helpful about everything.
My mom just moved in, and the process was so easy. The staff is amazing! They have thought of everything to ensure my moms wellbeing with mind, body and spirit programming. I have never seen my mom so happy! Delightful and happy residents are so welcoming, and there is no way she could ever get board with all the fun and engaging activities. I highly recommend McDowell Village!
