All the staff at McDowell are wonderful! Specifically the fitness and activities staff like Tati. You can really tell she enjoys her job and the residents!
I'm like McDowell Village. I really appreciate Nini and Sarah. They are respectful, helpful, and always with a smile. They make my day.
I like McDowell village. In particular I appreciate the caregivers Ailyn, Evelyn, Gracie, and Nancy. I also like Claudia as well as Sarah.
I like McDowell Village. In particular Nineth is a full time server, there is nothing she can’t do or won’t do. She is always on the run and so capable of everything she does. Rosa an employee for 19 years, always loyal and always on the job.
I appreciate Jada in the dining room, she is always so attentive and cheerful. Alicia is one of the hostesses. When no one needs to be seated, she is always looking for the next task to complete, always looking for some way to help. Nini is just like Alicia, always helping and always looking to see what needs to be done. Janette in transportation is always eager to help. Like if I need a couple prescriptions she is happy to run in for me on the way back from a drive. She is always cheerful and a very good driver.
