Our experience has been wonderful here at McDowell Village. The staff are all wonderful. And the residents are all very friendly and nice. There are a lot of interesting activities. The care is excellent the carestaff are wonderful and always willing to help. The dinning room help is also excellent they are so helpful to the older folks and are kind. We had the most wonderful experience at McDowell Village for their Mother’s Day brunch. It truly felt like a fine dining event—elegant, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully planned down to every detail. They go above and beyond to make special occasions truly special. More than anything, the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like being part of a big extended family. The staff aren’t just professional—they clearly care deeply about the people here. It’s a place full of heart.
My husband and I moved here last fall because we liked the atmosphere and amenities that were available when we needed them. We have not been disappointed. Chef Matt has provided an excellent restaurant experience with gourmet meals. I have enjoyed the exercise classes every day provided by Andrea, and activities that Sarah provides for us all. I tell my friends we are living at a resort.
