This community is very nice and well taken care of. The residences seam very happy to live at Mcdowell Village. And all of the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend.
My mom lives at McDowell Village and I could not be happier with her experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. They facilities are clean, decorated like a nice hotel, and welcoming. The services are extensive, and the residence have a say in how things are run. I would say it is not fancy, but it is upscale and welcoming.
My father chose McDowell Village and was happy every day after that he did. The staff creates a friendly and respectful tone at every encounter be it routine or major. As his health declined, and a greater level of care was needed, McDowell Village was there to help at every step with sincere compassion and a focus on helpfulness. My father's entire stay was made so much easier on all of us knowing he was in good hands.
This place is so nice, they are always having fun and have the most amazing activities. From the admission team to their amazing nursing staff and caregivers all the way to the therapy team on site. This is just such a friendly, caring environment.
Well I've had the experience of actually living in five senior facilities prior to finding the village. This place is truly special.
