First time meeting them but they really seem like they care. We had a schedule issue on our part but they went out of their way to accommodate us and listen to what we needed. We will definitely use them for everything going forward.
They had all over my paperwork for 2 weeks. I called 3 times during the 2 weeks and every time I was told “I don’t know I haven’t had a chance to talk to her yet.” I called this morning at 8:30 am and was told she would talk to “her” and get back with me. At 2pm I still hadn’t heard anything. I called and she said “I haven’t had a chance to talk to her yet.” WASTED MY VALUABLE TIME. I don’t recommend.
