My experience with Demand Response has been decent. The drivers are kind, and on time. They do their best to accommodate. My only complaint is lining up the various of of town appointments that I have with Demand Response's time schedule. They don't do after 2 pm for out of town. Not sure if that goes for in town too. Certain areas have drivers that only do certain days. It makes it bit difficult to reschedule if the days don't align with the schedule of Demand Response. It would be great to have a time for pick up given .So... read more
