Her demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional; she even questioned whether I was lying about the person's absence or if I was simply too lazy to check their availability. My husband and I started to use this CPA in 2022 to file our taxes after I bought into a business. In 2022, the customer service was lacking as they would only contact my husband for information even though they primarily needed documents from me and I was supposed to be the primary contact.
