McDonnell & Associates provided excellent service throughout this closing. The team was organized, responsive, and professional, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. Jessica Garris, our Closing Coordinator, was AMAZING!!! She went out of her way and above and beyond the call of duty. She pursued and hunted down the communication problem we were all having with the lender, and did not give up until she was able to get someone engaged with my client's file. I know that the only reason my client was able to walk away with the keys to his home and a smile on his face was because Jessica did not treat his situation as just another file.
I paid cash for a house two years ago last week and the INEPT attorneys have yet to record the deed properly. I contacted them SEVERAL times as did the seller’s Real Estate broker - no response. I am now in the process of suing them in the SC Eighth Circuit Court for Fraud, Breach of Contract and Negligence. The firm was served by Richland County Sheriff’s Office back in late February/Early March and have YET TO RESPOND. If I could leave a review with negative stars I would do that!
