Communication with the attorneys/paralegals is absolutely atrocious. Forced to use these attorney's due to purchasing a new construction. My lender hasn't heard from the ONE paralegal they have in the office that can balance a closing settlement in THREE DAYS. Apparently, the attorney is above that task. My lender has sent all the closing documents numerous times today, and has cc'd be in the emails but they keep saying they never received them. My closing was delayed due to this fact.

McDonnell & Associates provided excellent service throughout this closing. The team was organized, responsive, and professional, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. I appreciate their attention to detail and would absolutely recommend them for real estate closings. Jennifer Cooper was Incredible and great at Explaining Everything. They always go above and beyond.

Jessica Garris, our Closing Coordinator, was AMAZING!!! She went out of her way and above and beyond the call of duty. She pursued and hunted down the communication problem we were all having with the lender, and did not give up until she was able to get someone engaged with my client's file. I know that the only reason my client was able to walk away with the keys to his home and a smile on his face was because Jessica did not treat his situation as just another file.
