Went into McDonald’s Horse Supply for the first time with my company shoe voucher after years of shopping elsewhere. Totally impressed! I came in the store, was politely greeted and attended to within minutes of my arrival. My initial trepidation walking in was quickly erased when I expressed a need for a special order and when met with “no problem, we can order those specific boots for you!”…which they did in about 5 minutes. Earlier today I was in your store and purchased a pair of boots I was riding with my 13yr old granddaughter whom found someone's wife's wallet, she actually found it and truly appreciate the blessing bestowed on her, being that I'm retired and getting into cowboy wear, maybe midlife crisis LoL we'll be back at least I will, your store has great customer service thank you so much! Customer service was amazing the ladies here showed me boots I didn't even know I needed or wanted and ZERO pressure to buy even gave me tips on how to save money by shopping in kids depot.. will definitely be buying our WORK & PLAY 🥾🥾 here again!!!!
This place and the people are awesome! I have made them my official store for belts, boots and all cowboy apparel. Kudos to how they made me feel like I am family.
A lot of boots and safety shoes to choose from. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice hat's too
