Honestly if you want meals from your order missing and them tell you sorry we can't do anything order from them! How they can't read a receipt and put the right items in a bag for delivery is beyond me. A little Friday night treat for the kids and now my daughter is sitting here with NO meal and no resolution apart from a refund won't even allow me to arrange someone to pick up the missing meal for her either absolute joke!!!
The food is a lot better here than the one on Eastern Av. My mornings/afternoons are usually better once I've spoken to Cindy. She's very friendly with a lovely personality and she's beautiful. She's very good with customers and works hard.
This is about the third time of getting home from the drive through and part of our order is missing. Even after asking if everything is there and they assure us it is, we get home and one burger is missing. So we have to get back in the car and return. Why is it so difficult to check the order to make sure everything is there. Does anyone care? Probably not. Thanks McDonald's for ruining another evening.
