It feels like they did some swapping out of team members as my recent orders were correct and drive thru crew was happy
I ordered $21 worth of food on a Sunday at 6pm on the app and they were closed when I got there (said they were open on the app). I’ve called about 7 times to get my money back. Corporate just says the owner should give me a call. I know they’ve been struggling with corporate reviews and I understand why now. The employees are fine but the owner is so incompetent
