I came in with a good mood ordered a nice medium coffee Frappuccino with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle but what happened it had a soapy taste when I gave it back to the customer representative. They changed the Frappuccino, but still I wasn’t satisfied. It had a OP taste then I asked them for a medium vanilla ice cap. Instead of that do I paid 5 something dollars for the Frappuccino that I wasn’t satisfied with but but still when they gave me the vanilla ice coffee 75% of it was ice there was no taste at all. I recently visited this McDonalds’ drive-thru and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered a simple meal, just 10 pcs nuggets, and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's the third time they've been late with my order. The service here is consistently slow, and it’s very disappointing. I expect much better efficiency from a fast-food chain like McDonald's. The employee taking the order didn’t seem to know the order either. This location seriously needs to step up ... read more
