Over the past four months, I’ve been into this office almost every week, trying to get a simple matter sorted. Communication has been extremely poor, with little to no updates unless I chased them myself. Each visit felt like I was starting from scratch, and there was zero sense of urgency or care. What should have been a straightforward task was made unnecessarily difficult. Very disappointed in the level of service. I would not recommend.
