The staff at McDonald Optical could not be more amazing! I have been a bit of a difficult patient lately and trying to get where I need to be with my vision hasn’t been easy but this team has been patient, super responsive and ready to be creative to get me a solution! I won’t go anywhere else!! I’ve been a long time customer but the level of customer service and the lengths they are willing to go above and beyond is just out of this world!
Dr. Brian was awesome. For 3 months, he saw me regularly to follow up on my cataract surgeries to provide optimal support for my eyes! Both he and the staff were patient, caring, and consistant in their post-op concern.

Very thorough exam with excellent explanations using images of my own eyes. Very friendly and caring.
Brian is a great doctor. I would know after 40 years of eye care needs! Great staff too! AMAZING selection of eyeglasses, cannot wait to get my Tom Fords!!! Back again for Prada! Changed sunglasses into glasses and I am in 💕 love!
