UPDATE: Shannon got me through my first deposition beautifully. I felt so supported the entire time and it went better than I could have ever imagined. He was consistently unprepared, missed deadlines, and failed to respond to repeated communication attempts. His lack of timeliness and disregard for basic professional courtesy caused unnecessary delays and complications in the process.
