In 2024 I bought a house and I choose this firm to deal with everything. Bad decision , First they push the closing day , second and worst they send me a guy for survey which took double money and make half work !!! For septic tank they don't do nothing!! How is this possible when they should take care about everything. After 8 months I ask them something, not answering anymore . Not recommended. Find someone else which deserve your money !!!!

Awful experience. Bought a house using Susan Hounsell as our lawyer (though we never actually met her) and did our dealings with Kim Coffin. She did not explain things to us, filled out forms without our proper information so upon review we had to change things, did not pay attention to detail at all (including calling me multiple wrong names), refused to own up to her part in things, waited until we had SIGNED OUR CLOSING PAPERWORK to mention an aspect we needed to complete which pushed closing by another few weeks. Now that my home purchase has closed, I feel it’s important to share my experience with this law firm. I hired them to assist with a private home purchase. My main point of contact was a legal assistant, but communication was inconsistent. After sending in the purchase and sale agreement, I did not hear back for over a week, which caused me stress given the tight timeline. Hired this law firm. After roughly 8 months I dropped them. Every question I had was never answered, was completely ignored with no response. They showed they didn't care anything about my case by putting zero effort into it. Unless your a big money case dint waste your time. They will show you zero care and help.
