Did a fantastic renovation of our chair a few years ago Had a wee problem with it this week, called, they said to bring it in, and sorted it on the spot. Excellent old fashioned customer service :-)
I had my dining chairs recently recovered and they turned out great! They needed a wee tweak, but it was sorted quickly and professionally by Steve. Really happy with the result. Thank you.
What a lovely owner when I walked in the door he was engaged straight away. He gave me great advice, spent time explaining, yes I’ll go back there. The receptionist, I would say, was a little dreary. Bad day I suspect.
Had a special chair re-posted and the job they did was excellent would go there again
