I would leave zero stars if I could. This is a long review; I'll try to make it short. Our previous water supply company was unavailable due to mechanical issues with their truck. We needed our water storage tank refilled so we could water our garden. My husband found McDonald Farms and made arrangements for a delivery. We called Mcdonald Farms and made an appointment with them to clean out our sand trap. They quoted me roughly $800.00 to do the job and I verbally agreed over the phone. Their service techs showed up on time and serviced our sand trap. It took maybe 45 minutes max to do the service. They left without talking to anyone here at the shop. I was just run off the road by a tanker from this company. Driver didn’t look just hit the signal and jumped over to avoid using brakes. Trailer alignment was so bad it was hanging over the lane to the right most of the time. Cars were having to move over as he passed.
