Dad has long gone to McDonald's for his taxes. They have helped us out immensely as his heath has slipped. The staff is always professional and communicates with us on any hiccups that they see coming.
I dropped off my dad's tax information in March. . .and April of 2024. He had to file for an extension which is understandable. I stopped or called monthly. It is now February of 2025 and I still have not seen nor gotten anything about his taxes being filed or anyone to call me back. I cannot even do his 2024 taxes on my own without last year's returns.
