Poor customer service, prolonged unexplained wait times I only made two visits to this office which were not pleasant. My first visit was not bad, had to wait a little longer than usual for doctors visit. Visit seemed a little chaotic at first. Entered a room of people standing around really not sure what was happening but did not appear that it was of a great interest to the attendants to assist and clear the front counter and entrance area. The employees appeared to more interested in who they encountered during there personal time, which was the topic of discussion for the counter staff. It took about 15 minutes to be able confirm that I was in the right office, considering there is more than one Annapolis Urology office in the building. Staff was rather pleasant when encountered on first visit. My second visit was rather unpleasant and frustrating. I returned to the same office as my first visit signed in and was seated for 10 minutes then I was informed that I was in the wrong office. Although it was not made clear to me that I needed to report to another office when appointment was scheduled on previous visit. Once I arrived to the correct office and signed in I was informed of some paperwork that I needed to sign. Paperwork was completed in less than 2 minutes. Everything seemed to be on track. After about 40 minutes of waiting, I kindly asked the front desk assistant if she was aware of the wait time or any delays. She informed me she would check with the nurse and continued to decorate the Christmas tree in the lobby. After about 15 - 20 minutes with no response to the wait I approached the front desk to get assistance from the other attendant at the desk. Once again, I requested to know the wait time or how much delay could I expect? The attendant returned and informed that there would be an additional 20 minute wait. At that time I questioned if there was any reason for my appointment being delayed considering multiple customers have arrived after me and have been taken back to see the doctor and I continue to have to wait. The attendant's tone of voice changed to an unpleasant level with a unprofessinal manner of addressing my question. All and all it appeared to me that the employees of this office could care less about your treatment and do not find it necessary to be pleasant when addressing customers concerns. I feel very uncomfortable with putting my health in the hands of individuals like this and refuse to use the services of this facility any further.
