The owner is extremely rude.I used to love these guys, but then an employee made a mistake, and the owner doubled down. I have tried to meet with him at a time and place of his choosing to return the items, but he keeps calling me a willful *********** me to EZDownsizing guy: I was at the parking lot at 9:10am. I spoke to a few people who said they knew the guy from EZ downsizing, but that he had not been in the morning meeting. I got together with ezDownsizing to host a seller-managed auction, and they couldn't have been any easier to work with throughout the process. Even though it was seller-managed, Bryan (the founder) was easily accessible if I had any questions. And if there was ever a time when he was unavailable, he was very responsive in returning calls and answering email. If you have the need for a downsizing service, I highly recommend working with ezDownsizing. You'll be glad you did!
