MCNB has been great to Me! We have our personal, business, and home Mortgage all with this bank.
MCNB HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPECTABLE AND WILLING TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY THEY COULD. I HAVE USED THIS BANK FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.
Had several problems with the app money will transfer go back to check nothing has been transferred over payment already received then. Your in a overdraft. The app wasn't always like that double check with the bank. You have to make sure your not losing money due to there mistakes of the app
Terrible experience working with this bank. Hacked several times, can't do anything without going to the branch. Cancelled all accounts for 3 months later to say I owe money on a recurring payment (that I don't have). Very unorganized and unprofessional, app is ancient, and if you travel with your card they will shut it off.dont do business here
