Horrible customer service.
I traveled out of my way this morning because I told yes you can come open a bank account. I get there at 1045 and was happily willingly to wait til 12 which is after lunch. Instead after saying all of a sudden I can’t open a bank at all the entire. If she had something to do after lunch then tell me and I would have understood. Instead they gave me the run a round and lied to my face. Saying yea now it’ll be tomorrow. Not all but certainly the valliant bank is nothing more than a poorly ran circus
