If you used a Philips Cpap don’t bother with this “firm”. I developed a skin hypersensitivity and breathe like I’m 80 bc of the machine but the big payouts are for cancer and lung disease. So after all this time waiting….. dropped. Hardly surprising. I knew they were lawyers after all. Hope this helps someone else who thinks about trusting this firm.
These clowns deserve a negative rating. 1-star is too good for them. Not once did they ask me for the documentation needed for my case, except they acted like they had. Additionally, they failed to ask for it up front (via lead form submission), which is also their fault and unwise of them in this process. I just called a rival of their's who are submitting for same case. I gave them the documentation. They get the money, not you. Try harder!
I was part of a class action case by McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP. Eventually, I became one of the individual plaintiffs. I was able to become familiar with the excellent communication provided by the individuals who worked diligently on my behalf. This was via both telephone and email.
