Did not enjoy working with this group in *********************, **. Lack of interest in customer service (not returning calls when we had questions and when they did answer, you felt like a burden based on lack of interest and timeliness.) Did not make buying a home an enjoyable experience and would not recommend to my friends/neighbors. This law firm is the absolute worst law firm I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and no sense of time management. Someone should investigate their disbursement of funds practice. They offer you a wire transfer option but instead, they overnight you a paper check. I believe the checks allows them to buy time for funds to be available. I had a notarized signed form requesting a wire transfer that they conveniently never received it. This is the absolute worst law firm I have ever experienced. Customer service is horrific. It is of my opinion they conveniently misplace or claim not to have received request for wire transfer in order to buy time to cover checks they issue that they are aware will have to go through holding periods with most banks. I have documentation to my request for wire transfer and they send me some half complete form with no initials or date claiming this is what I have submitted. Unorganized, unprofessional, and not responsive. Need I say more? There are much better law firms in the Raleigh and surrounding areas.
We had a very frustrating experience with purchasing a home using this firm for closing. They failed to order a survey in advance of closing date. Then they sent our HOA posting fee to wrong property management company. After several months, we are still waiting to get this straightened out.
